Montana, USA: «Montana High Court Allows Physician-Assisted Suicide». January 5, 2010.

On 18 December 2008,
Luxembourg became the third country of the Benelux (as Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg together are called) to enact a law that legalizes euthanasia. Read about it here (pages 14-15). The law entered into force on 17 March 2009.

Washington, USA − law regulating physician-assisted suicide (prohibits euthanasia): Washington Death with Dignity Act, effective 4 November 2008.
